What started as a late-night hobby turned into a full-blown obsession with creating the perfect cookie — thick, chewy, and packed with flavour in every bite. Each cookie I bake is handmade in small batches from a commercial kitchen in St Catharines, using simple, high-quality ingredients (and zero shortcuts).

For me, baking isn’t just about sugar and butter — it’s about comfort, nostalgia, and that warm “fresh out of the oven” feeling that makes you slow down and smile.
